Trust is product behavior

Clear boundaries make better decisions possible.

Project Lazon is most useful when customers and shops can tell what came from the source, what Project Lazon explained, what remains uncertain, and who has authority to act.

Six boundaries that do not move

Evidence is not diagnosis

Documents, measurements, history, and statements can be organized without pretending Project Lazon inspected the vehicle.

Explanation is not shop wording

A Project Lazon draft stays Project Lazon's until the exact participating location approves that exact version.

Customer action is not repair authorization

Repair approval remains directly between customer and shop through the shop's accepted process.

Connected is not endorsement

Connected identifies participation. It does not buy ranking, quality claims, or preferential recommendation.

Directory evidence is location-specific

Public sources and Founder knowledge are dated and attributed. A dealership group or brand label does not prove every location's capability.

Repair money stays outside

Project Lazon does not receive, route, escrow, finance, refund, or disburse the customer's repair payment.

Private workspaces should stay out of search.

Customer, shop, Field Rep, and Founder/Admin experiences are private product surfaces. Public discovery pages may be indexed; signed-in and preview experiences should carry `noindex` controls and avoid public structured data.

Least necessary access.Private records and operating data should be available only to the customer, exact shop location, Field Rep, Founder/Admin, or approved service path that needs them.

Money cannot buy the answer.

Voluntary support is not a purchase of access, placement, ranking, recommendation influence, or better treatment. Future shop subscriptions fund shop-side participation and tools; they do not buy customer recommendations. Voluntary support is available through Stripe. Shop subscription checkout has separate eligibility and activation requirements. Additional payment capabilities remain subject to legal, tax/accounting, and operational review.
