For customers

Prepare your arrival packet before your shop visit.

Project Lazon is a pre-arrival platform. Add your vehicle details and requested service, then review and share your arrival packet with your chosen shop before the visit. Keep useful records and questions together so the conversation can move forward. Free for customers.

Simple when the situation is simple.

Whether you already use a shop or are still looking, start with the ride and the service situation you actually have. An oil change, tire rotation, or straightforward maintenance visit should not become a new workflow. Start a couple of days before service—or while you are still establishing the request—and let Project Lazon organize the details the shop will need at arrival.

Routine service

Confirm the ride, the requested service, timing, transportation preference, and anything the shop needs before arrival.

Complicated communication

Keep the shop's exact words separate from plain-language explanation, unresolved questions, and your next action.

Your words and the shop's words stay attributable.

Source

The original message, estimate, repair order, image, or note stays identifiable as the source.

Clarity

Project Lazon separates supported facts, explanation, uncertainty, and useful questions.

Action

You decide whether to call, text, ask a question, schedule, decline, or wait. No repair authorization is created for you.

One garage across the ownership journey.

Auto, motorcycle, powersports, marine, RV, trailer, and other rides should not require a different relationship every time. Project Lazon is being built around customer-owned continuity: concerns, records, service context, decisions, and the shops you choose.

You can still use Project Lazon with a shop that has never joined.Connected participation can improve the handshake, but it is not required for you to organize and carry useful information.
Free vehicle-service guides

Prepare before the service counter.

Use plain-language checklists for describing a concern, preparing for an appointment, understanding an estimate, and organizing service records. The guides support a better conversation; they do not diagnose the ride or judge the shop.

Understand both sides of the visit.

The customer prepares

Vehicle and contact details, requested maintenance or a concern, and any useful photos or records. The customer reviews their arrival packet before sharing it.

The shop responds

Review the request, clarify missing details, and agree on an appointment, flexible arrival or drop-off. Inspection, estimates and work authorization follow the shop's normal process.

A shared packet is information for the visit. It does not promise availability, book an appointment, confirm coverage, or authorize work.
